As I sit in the India office and reflect on the past couple of weeks, I can only say, "Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity I had to witness the work of your faithfulness."
Hello, I'm Manohar Paul, a co-operative from India. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the headquarters of GOD Intl. During my visit, I witnessed remarkable things and heard stories filled with God's faithfulness over the years. It was a chance to see what He is doing in our generation. Listening to these stories and seeing His work fills me with great hope for the future.
This trip has been an encouragement in many ways, one of them being a reminder to continue fixing our eyes on Jesus, as stated in Hebrews 12:1-2:
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God."
For those familiar with our ministry, you might know about the hardships we've faced and the challenges we've encountered. Each day had its ups and downs. However, it's truly amazing that the God we serve gives us hope for the future. When we look back, we witness His faithfulness. Even though the present may appear challenging or get harder, we must set our eyes on Jesus and run this race with endurance.
On a personal level, last year was one of the most challenging years of my life. Yet, being there and reflecting on God's word gives me hope for this new season. I hope you will find strength in God's word so that you too can run with endurance the race set before you!
