At 50 Forward Madison, Institute for GOD volunteers helped older adults build confidence and independence through technology training. What began as simple device support became a meaningful opportunity for connection, empowerment, and dignity.

The Academy for GOD welcomed Vanderbilt’s facility dog Squid for a classroom visit, where students learned about his role in supporting children during medical treatments. The event highlighted the value of empathy and social-emotional learning at the Academy.

Global Outreach Developments Int’l has been awarded $15,000 from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to expand youth, family, and adult literacy programs in Nashville. The grant will strengthen after-school learning, immigrant and refugee education, and family engagement—helping students gain confidence, advance reading levels, and equipping adults with essential English and job readiness skills.
