Led by the passionate Iada Umwi, our team devotes their energy to guiding students aged 11 to 14, spanning grades 5 to 8. Most of them come from lower-income families and have migrated from neighboring states. Even after spending long hours in school, they have taken out time to join these classes with the hope that acquiring these skills will enable them to make meaningful contributions in life. Coming from backgrounds where basic needs become luxuries, they are willing to learn and grow so they can eventually support their families. While some may initially be unfamiliar with concepts like Value Education and Personality Development, their enthusiasm for learning is truly inspiring.
The objective behind these classes is simple yet profound: to instill confidence and cultivate good manners in our students. By integrating these vital life skills with computer education, which forms the foundation of our curriculum, we aim to equip these children with the tools they need to succeed in the future. It's heartening to witness the positive impact these sessions are already having on our students, setting them on a path toward success in their academic and professional endeavors.
But our efforts don't stop there. Rajib, another invaluable member of our team, plays a pivotal role. Whether it's creating digital content or providing assistance with various volunteering activities, Rajib's dedication knows no bounds. Recently, his expertise was instrumental in designing a simple yet effective signboard to streamline our program offerings, helping potential students better understand the courses offered by the organization.
